Is this liner price too good to be true or just good?

I'm making it a career researching a new liner. Ugh. Prices for a 25mil/gauge 15 x 30 oval beaded liner range from $494 (http://www.nationaldiscountpoolsupplies.com/15x3ovunabgr.html ) to $299 ( http://www.linerworld.com/store/product.php?productid=765&cat=32&page=1 ) I'm only looking at USA produced, 100% virgin vinyl. Am I missing something?

That is about right for an above ground pool. In-ground is usually more.
