Hi, I need your help. I live in Kansas City and first time closing a pool. If I use the tarp to cover the pool should I let the tarp touch the water in case of snow or rain. Or what it's the best way to go about it. Thank you.
Snow gets pretty heavy. Most inground pools use some type of pool cover with anchors or water bags to hold the cover in place. Generally they don't use air pillows for inground pools. Over time the cover will probably stretch and touch the water. Since I don't have to deal with snow on the Gulf Coast, I hope some of our Northern members will comment and have some more relevant answers for you.
