equipotential bonding

According to county code I need to bond 4 uprights, the wall, pump and conduit......
I bonded the uprights, pump and conduit, BUT..........
The pool is filled, is there an easy way to bond the wall?
I know you can bond it to the bolts that connect at the wall seam, but that is covered by the upright.

You may be able to pull a top rail or two off and get to the top seam bolt. You could attach a lug there and route the wire down the upright and connect it to the loop. That should satisfy the inspector.
