IFTTT For tracking test results

I'm currently using a app called IFTTT to help track my test results. I have it set up to send a text to a phone number with the test results in which triggers IFTTT to then automatically upload those results into Google Calender.

I'm currently working on trying to make one for uploading to Google Spreadsheets, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to make new cells. Has anybody ever used this to create actions??

But what do you mean by "make new cells"? Insert cells? Use right click menu.

Or are you talking about via Google Scripts?
