Inground Pool Light

Hey everyone,
I have a pool light in an inground pool.
I cant find a pilot screw on the light to take it out to replace the bulb.
I also tried prying it out with a crowbar and it didnt want to budge.
I also turned the light counter clockwise and it neither loosened or tightened with i did that.

It is a 4" light so i think it was made for a spa but still should work for this pool.

Ill try to attach a picture so you can see what im talking about.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The housing looks exactly like this.
http://www.fiberstarspoolandspa.com/wp- ... 5B1%5D.pdf
I have looked everywhere within 30' or even 60' of the light and cant find a box that would be for the light.
The deck of the pool is concrete. There is a square concrete section right above the light that may be an access point for something but i cant lift the concrete section because its too heavy. I will try to see if i can get a picture of that also.

That's exactly what I was thinking it was.
With fiberstar lights there is no lamp in the fitting. There's just a bundle of fibers and you have to drain the pool down below the fitting before opening it. As you can see on the pdf, the lens screws out of it.

They could have buried it in the deck, but it's not supposed to be.

I went home and took a picture over lunch.
Now the Box would most likely be down stream from the shut off switch right?
Here is a diagram of how the electricity is ran to the pump and to the light.
