AquaPro Heat Pump Stopped Working

So I just got my AquaPro HeatPump. I have been using it for about a week. Now I have received the following message on my digital screen.
See below. The problem: This reading doesn't appear in the manual for trouble shooting. Any help would be appreciated. The Unit's keyboard all works I can change the temperature and switch to heat or off, pool or spa and it always defaults back to the setting shown below and nothing happens.

Also water is flowing through the system so there is no blockage anywhere.
