Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site and am in the process of building a lap pool at our home in northeast Florida. The pool is 8' wide by 34' long and 3-1/2' to 5-1/2' deep. My PB is in the process of installing a Travertine paver pool deck. Still need to install the pool pump, filter, etc. and also planning to have solar panels to heat the pool. Pool finish will be Sunstone Midnight Blue. This is the first pool I have ever had or built so am looking forward to learning from the experienced members on this site.

Thanks. The pool is primary for my wife so she'll be the one who gets to clean the pool since I'll still be asleep when she's swimming. Not much that I can do about the trees as their protected in our neighborhood.

You can always enclose the pool with a screen cage. We love our screen
