Custom Made Water Level

Greetings,

A ran across a post a few days ago in this forum where someone had show the custom water level they had made using a couple of boards, some hose with colored water and some rulers mounted to the board to check the level around their pool foundation.

If anyone can point me to this post it would be greatly appreciated, I want to make one of these things for when we pull down our pool at the end of the season to make sure our foundation is as close to level as possible,

That's only because I was looking at harbor freight. I know I've seen kits that have the plastic tube with hose ends somewhere....
