My 24' round above ground pool is fenced in due to city codes. I have about a 2' space between the pool and the fence. I have a solar reel but I can't swing it out because of the fence. It currently goes across the middle of the pool. It is very heavy and to get it completely off the pool, I have to lift it up and rest it on the fence. I can't do that any longer. Is there another way to mount the reel so that it is easier to get the cover and reel off of the pool?

Thanks for the idea but with the fence around our round pool I don't have the room for this idea. Where can I see Matt4x4 pictures?

Thanks for the idea. It won't work with mine because of the fence. I will post a picture when I get back from visiting my daughter in Montana. I will be back next week.
