    Pics -finally got it clean

    Well its been several weeks but I think I am finally finished. I opened up the pool to a green mess but with the BBB method I was able to kill the algae, it took another week or so to filter out the small particles and bring down the high TA. It wouldn't have taken that long if I had another means of aeration but since it was to cold to swim I took my time. Its still to cold but oooo it looks so nice. Thanks for all the help I received on this forum, you guys are the best!

    oops, your images are gone...

    8000 gallon 20' x 48" round vinyl frame pool, 12" sand filter (don't have the specs on the pump), TF100 test kit

    Thanks everyone, but I could not have done it with out your help....and 15 bottles of bleach and one bottle of MA. Now all I need is some warmer weather.

    That water looks absolutely amazing.
    You must have worked really hard to get it like that.
    At the moment I'm trying to get used to my new "puddle" . Seeing your pics gives me something to ail for.
