Hi, the problem I'm having is with the pipes and the skimmer line. Now the pipe just busted recently but it looks like they been glued from the yellow around em. But the skimmer line even when filled close to the top drains to fast beforee water pores in. Any help???

If your skimmer is getting sucked dry, something is preventing water from going in...since you said the water in the pool is not to low, make sure the weir (the little flapper at the skimmer mouth) isn't stuck closed. As for the glued pipe, can you post a picture? I can't figure out what you mean.
