anyone fixed or replaced transformer on Intex SWG?

I know there are several threads here talking about dead Intex SWG with bad transformers.

Has anyone been able to fix the transformer itself? Or found a hack/replacement transformer that's cheaper than buying a new unit?

Does anyone have a bad SWG but still has a good transformer that they would want to sell cheaply?
