Trying to post a picture

Im sorry to be posting this here, but I couldn't find an answer in FAQ and couldn't figure out how to contact a moderator. I'm trying to post a photo of my pool, but the attachment button is grayed out. I couldn't copy and paste either. Could someone let me know how to do it? Thanks so much!

I don't know if you can upload to the forum, I use photobucket once you ave uploaded your picture it gives you an code that can e copied and pasted onto your thread, and this will then show your picture.
