SWG vs Bleach

Does anyone have some specific details about a comparison? All I could find was 1 pound C12 gas = 1 gallon sodium hypochlorite = 1.5 pounds calcium Hypochlorite = 1.75 pounds dichlor = 1.15 pounds trichlor = 2.8 pounds lithium hypochlorite. Not sure how accurate this is but if I do a simple conversion i get below.

Right now I am running 80% for 10 hours a day which according to my calculation is 43.56 ounces a day of 6% Bleach. Seems pretty close to what I was using before I got the new IC20 hooked up.

Your conversion factors look about right, give or take that cal-hypo comes in several different purities.

I wouldn't expect your total chlorine usage to have changed unless you also changed your CYA level or target FC level. Of course, both of those usually change when you switch to a SWG.
