Aqua Trol not generating

I have an Aqua Troll RJ system. Just recently it started to show that it was not generating and the salt was at 0 ppm. When you turn the system on it indicates that it is generating, but after about 1 minute the check salt and inspect cell lights come on. I have cleaned the cell, held the diagnostic button down for 3 sec, and have had the water chemistry checked. The water test indicated that the salt was at 3200 ppm and all the other tests were in the recommended ranges. The unit has been in operation for 3 years. do you have any suggestions to correct this problem.

I ran the diagnostic check and the following was found:

Cell Voltage 30.3
Cell Current 0.03
Desired output 99
Instant salinity -0
Product Name AL7
Software rev r1.40

Check to make sure the cell cable is solidly plugged in and not nicked or cut anywhere.

Have checked the cord and found no problems. The plug is in the socket.

the only difference: the system is brand new.

Our cell went bad. We were able to make contact with an aqua trol technical person who gave us a service representative in our area. Your unit should be under warranty. Our unit was 15 days out of warranty.
