Running Pump On Low Speed Circulation ?

Are there any tricks to get better circulation if running my 2-speed pump on low speed ? Maybe throttle back on my bottom drain suction to allow more suction to pull from the skimmer? Maybe a combination of throttling the bottom drain a bit and redirecting some return jets ?

Sure doesn't keep the top surface of my pool moving enough to help the skimmer action do its job when its on low speed ?

I'm starting to think with the way it lacks on skimming the top of the water compared to it on Hi speed it may not be worth the less KWH being used in low speed ..... :?

I would cut the MD off completely and redirect the eyeballs.

Humm..wasn't expecting that one....will give it a shot..I've just read a bunch here and there the MD helps alot with turning over the water in the deep end...
