is there any resource to find suggested builders that folks have used in austin? we are in the infancy stages of this process and are about to interview builders. any help would be appreciated.
Ours is still in process (literally everytime we have a major milestone scheduled it has rained). The rain from earlier this week was supposed to be when we laid down the base for the paver decking. The rain from last week was the first time we were scheduled to do it.. march had record setting rains.. etc.
The pool itself is done though so we are swimming.
We interviewed a bunch of pool builders and would be happy to discuss.
keep in mind that this is the busy season so all the subs are extremely busy. my pb was saying you can definitely tell the work done in the summer vs the winter. If you can start the build in the early fall you will get a higher quality build. The crews wont be rushed and will just do a better job.
