I have paid the first part of my pool cost and construction starts next week. We are putting cantilever coping with integral light wheat color for both the coping and the decking. This is to be brushed finished.
Now I am thinking about just stamping, not two-toned color, just stamp. I don't really want to have to go through my pool builder...as there will be a markup. Since the other stuff is already paid for, how much do you think the cement contractor will charge to do the stamping for the labor?
If it is a reasonable price, we may even consider resurfacing our current patio with the same stamp and color. Which again, I'd rather pay the subcontractor than the pool builder.
Any sugguestions on how to work this?
