Hi everybody,
We are progressing and about 2 weeks away from plaster.
I asked our PB today whether I can start running the sprinklers in the front yard. He said that the main electric lines were probably damaged during construction and this was not their responsibility. I recall the salesman telling me that any sprinkler reroutes they needed to do would be included. However (and I know this is my fault) the contract does not require them to do this.
Does the PB usually handle sprinkler reroutes? I would have definitely had someone handle this if the salesman hadn't given the impression it was going to be taken care of. I'm not sure how hard to push this issue since contractually I am on the short end of the stick. It's just the verbal word of the salesman at this point. :?
