Need help wiring new hayward super ii dual speed pump

Just received my new super ii dual speed pump. It will be replacing a single speed pump and i see that there is no built in toggle switch to change motor speed. I will be wiring it to the same intermatic timer and was looking for simplest solution to help get this going. I was planning to use the pump in low speed except for vacuuming. What type of toggle switch do I need and what is the easiest wiring solution,
Thanks in advance,
Len

You need a SPDT toggle with a high enough amp rating to handle the amps your pump requires. You wire one of the two power wires coming from the timer to the pump common line. The other power wire from the timer goes to the center terminal on the switch and the two outside terminals on the switch get wired to the high and low speed connections on the pump.

Sort of like this...
