Rewiring Timer

[T20000R-Series-Operating.pdf[/attachment]I currently have my pump and chlorinator timed with a Intermatic T21004R. I will be replacing my pump with a pump that has a built in timer. Aqua Rite advises that the chlorinator should always be on a timer in case the flow switch should fail. I have attached the manual for the timer. It looks like if I just move the pump wires for lugs 2 and 4 to lugs 1 and 3 and leave the chlorinator wires where they are, I should be ok.
Yes or No?

In order to help with that I will be running my pump somewhere between 12 and 16 hours a day. I will set my timer for the chlorinator to the middle half of that and check the timers for accuracy every once in a while.
