I just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. We signed up with the PB that created the images above and have made good progress. I'll be posting pics of the build over the next few days. Here's what the yard looked like when we moved in, after the demo, and the dig. We stuck to most of the specs listed in the OP, with the exception of upgrading to Pebble Tec (double black Tahoe Blue).
