TA Test showing only 30ppm?

Oh, I thought it raised it..

So if Trichlor is slowly lowering my pH (I'm sure it is very slow, over time), then it may in fact counteract the pH rise due to aeration (also slow), right?

This assumes they are constant, which they won't hardly be often, and also assumes I don't switch to Liquid CL anytime soon, which I plan to.. :)

But this gives me a good basis for what I can expect.. What I'm really just trying to do is make sure there is nothing major in my system which can go and screw it up, causing me to work harder every day to fix it.. So anything that continually rises pH or TA or CYA etc has got to be neutralized/countered in one way or other - or else it's outta there (e.g. CYA after I hit 40ppm)!! :)
