i'm a total newbie. what sets me apart from your average newbie is that i spent 2 months reading this site. i went from green pond with 2 dead chipmunks to a crystal clear water in a matter of two days and with minimal effort! the hardest part was cover clean-up!

and testing high levels of CL is expensive - the re-agent gets used quick. now i only test to 10 ppm (40ppm CYA) to save it
