Need help! Got an above ground pool. 5600 gal FC Chlorine is 12.5 and PH is 7.2. Can someone tell me what I need to do now? Using shock and 6% bleach.

You need to read pool school on the basics. That'll tell you what info wwe need to help you with your issues. We are happy to help you and once we understand the problem you're having you'll get plenty of good advice about how to solve it.
