That one is included, and it's made by Taylor, but you also get the FAS-DPD chlorine test which is a key piece. It's a color change test, from pink to clear, so there's no interpretation, and it can test chlorine, IIRC to 50ppm so you can see what's going on when you shock.
As John T mentioned above...the key chlorine test in the TF100 is the FAS-DPD test. The Taylor k1000 measures PH and TC...but IMHO is good for checking the presence of chlorine not measuring the level ....can never tell the shades of yellow apart.
