Just replaced backup valve Polaris does good but only in shallow end & why all the ..

Ok Polaris is doing good I’ve had to empty the big bag a time or 2 it isn’t just doing doughnuts or spinning but it is staying in deep end only. why?

second is I read I wasn’t using enough DE so I used a little bit more. I think I used to much. This was last week when I did it and there is DE everywhere. Except the deep end where Polaris is keeping it stirred up. I’m so tired of this pool it’s starting to be nothing but trouble it seems

First, did you just throw the DE into the pool? Second, adjust the thrust jet to the 11 o clock position.
