SWG 10Amps at 40V! Control Board Kaput?

I have a Goldline T Cell 15 that for sure is working. Whenever the cell turns on, I get an error message too high of a current draw, and control board shuts off the chlorinator.

The display reads 40. 6 volts at 10 amps with 1800 PPM.

I have replaced my cell with my old cell, so I can run the pump, while at the same time left my new cell in a bucket of perfectly diluted salt water while connected to the control panel. I still get the same readings and the chlorinator shuts off no matter whether the cell is in the bucket or not. When my new cell is in a 5 gallon pail, it is producing chlorine, I can see it inside of the cell bubbling.

I know my salt levels are accurate. And I know my cell works.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it a defective K1 relay? I have tried resoldering the relay but it didn't change anything. I can hear the relay cycle on and off. Or is my control board kaput?

Thanks

Lots of success stories here > https://www.troublefreepool.com/thr...-Salt-Too-High-Cholrinator-Off-High-Salt-Amps

I've seen others mentioned about the Comm Err 2 as well. So it might be in your best interest to read the whole thread.
As an aside, a little glob of solder or cold solder is as good as sticking a bubble gum over the solder pads. Not sure how proficient you are in soldering. But you need to have some soldering skills and high temp soldering iron to reflow. A 60/40 solder lead and some Flux should help.

Here's hoping for others who had similar issues in the past to chime in.
