Hi I have a 15 × 48 Ultra intex above ground pool with two outs I go to a T and one in where the water comes out into the pool I want to upgrade my pool pump because it does not clean my pool and does not do a good job at all and the water flow is very low what is better a sand filter or a better cartridge filter what another pool pump and I have the small plumbing coming out of the pool what parts would I need to convert to whatever pump is suggested
