Ok, so it's actually more like a mole hill, but.... that black in the center is a pile of little "sweat bee" type insects that keeps accumulating on the bottom of my pool. Any suggestions?

Ok, so it's actually more like a mole hill, but.... that black in the center is a pile of little "sweat bee" type insects that keeps accumulating on the bottom of my pool. Any suggestions?
The residual of the last bug party of the year, I had the same thing a few weeks ago. I just vacced them up.
It seems to be that time of year, lots of small bees, winged ants and plenty of spiders. All get in the pool during the day.
Vacuuming definitely gets them, but only temporary. I've been getting a pile of corpses like this from a mass suicide every few days all season. I didn't know if it's just the nature of the type of bug that they are sinking before making it to the skimmer? Do I have something set up wrong?
