Green Pool - Power Out after hurricane - what to do

We just went through hurricane Irma here in Fort Myers, FL.
Thankfully my home is mostly intact, but the pool is filled with debris.
I am somewhat new to trouble free philosophy, but have been maintaining my pool successfully for 6 months using all the info and pool math calculator.
I leaf raked all the large debris I could, but there are still large leaves and everything else in there. The water is a deep green.
I immediately poured in a gallon of bleach which should bring my small pool up to shock level based on chlorine chart and my last CYA level.
I drained about 8 inches down on the water level.
I cannot run the filter and the power is expected out until 9/22.

Should I just keep it at shock level and get the rest of debris out as best as possible? Any other thoughts or advice? Drain more water?

Thanks everyone. Hope everyone on here never has to experience a hurricane.
