    Ph and high clorine levels

I understand you should not test your ph during high fc levels (like when shocking), but with a high cya, at what point is it ok to test ph to get an accurate reading?

If my fc is 7.5 and my ph is 7.6, is my ph accurate?

Yes, your pH is accurate. FC above 10 will mess up the pH results.

    Thanks mermaid queen.

Didn't want to lower my fc to check ph and take a chance on more algae, now that it is finally gone.
