fine tuning liquid chlorinator

Last summer I switched to the TFP method and purchased a liquidator. I'm so happy I did but I'm having one minor issue and it's related to metering the chlorine. Right now I am metering with a plastic, quarter turn, ball valve and it won't allow me to fine tune how much chlorine is flowing into the pool so I'm either way too high or way too low. Is there a better valve out there? And while I'm at it should I consider a better flow meter too? Thanks

Try this:

I used the pinch valve that jgofnj linked to. Works much better that the quarter turn valve. Another option could be this needle valve . I been thinking about giving it a try.
