Vacuum adapter for Intex Ultra Frame 22' AGP

this is the adapter I bought a few years ago to attach the hose directly to the pump:

It works even better with my new pump that has the air bleeder valve. You just close off the plunger valves, remove the inlet hose from the pump and screw on the attachment, with the hose slipped on the end. Remembering, of course, to,open them before you start the pump. It's best to have something to keep the hose sliding out of the pool. A bungee cord will work. (I've discovered my over the wall skimmer's two tightening screws that keep it on the rail hold it perfectly .) also keep in mind, you lose a couple feet of hose length going over the wall.

So do you have plunger valves on the "B" suction hoses to turn off water flow when changing the cartridge?? Thank you!!
