    Anyone looking to add borates? Found some cheap

    It is much easier to add borates to the pool using granular boric acid. It is almost pH balanced and you can just bombs away into the pool and be done. Duda Diesel is a good source for boric acid.

    ...........now you know that's not how we recommend adding chemicals!

    That link shows $28.67/6=$4.78/box. Dollar general has it for $3.95/box. I'm thinking about doing it this year to possibly ease my swg metal staining woes.

    It was only $18 when I posted it. The deal must have ended.
