    Question Need Help!!

I could really use your experience and help with deciding on pump and filter size for a 28' x 16' x 54" above ground pool. If I did my calculations correctly, the pool should hold 13,507 gallons. I am completely clueless on the right size sand filter and pump which would be needed.

Not my strong point, but this sticky thread may help. Then again... it may just confuse you worse. Hydraulics 101 - Have you lost your head?

Troublefree does not mean Maintenancefree. It's like brushing your teeth: You can spend a couple minutes a day and pennies a week or go to the dentist once a year and spend several thousand dollars.
