Pool remodel project near Sacramento CA.

    Good afternoon,
I am glad to have found this site as I have many questions and appreciate any ideas. My name is Brian Gutierrez pool owner. I'm registered civil engineer and armed with a back hoe and a drill rig, although I am uneducated in pool remodeling id like to dive in. We are here cause we need help..
We are in the planning/design but need to be in construction ASAP, ready for HS graduation party in July 2017...
IN ground pool approx. 20,000 gallons, built in 1980s near sacramento CA, original plaster is essentially gone, all equipment will be replaced. Plaster has black spots 6" dia. 1/2" deep water has been entering empty pool through cracks in the pool walls. We need pool ready in 4 months three option: just paint it, replaster, remodel and replaster.
