Hello,
I've just fixed a leak on my pump that caused it to suck air. Now, that I have a lot of suction, I've started vacuuming my pool. I have a sta-right 1.5 hp pump and a large regular filter (100 cu cm - I think). My pool has two inlets, a skimmer hole that I attach my vacuum to, and the drain in the deep end.
I say skimmer hole because it was a wall skimmer thingy, but a repayment could not be found (it's an unusual size and shape) when the pool was resurfaced.
I put a new filter in when I finally got the pump fixed, but when I vacuum, dirt comes out the outlet. Fast!
I know it's the dirt I'm vacuuming because when I vacuum clear water no dirt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
