Help Please!! Need Replacement Motor - Pentair WFDS28

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me quickly. We need to order a new pump motor ASAP. Our old pump is a WFDS-28, 2.0 SF 1.1, THP is 2.2. RPM 3450/1725

I spoke with someone at InYoPol and they told the Century Pump would be the B983 which is 1.5HP with a SF 1.47 = THP is 2.2. RPM 3600/1800

I know the total HP is the same so that is good, but I need to make sure it has enough power for our solar panels which are 30 feet up on our roof.

I was looking at the Century Motor B984 (2hp*1.3sf=2.6thp RPM 3450/1725) but he told me that would be way too much power vs what we currently have.

One option you have is to spend $60 at harbor freight and drop a sump pump in the pool to be able to add chlorine and circulate the water while until you get it replaced.
