CYA on Taylor 2006

So I tested my water with my new 2006 test kit and my CYA is off the charts. The black dot dissapeared when the water level in the small comparator tube was only at 1.8 oz mark. That is far below the level for 100 ppm of CYA. Am I pretty much limited to emptying most of my water and refilling? The rest of my numbers are as follows:
FC: 13.6
CC: 1.2
PH: 7.2
TA: 110
CH: 30
CYA: off the charts

There is a diluted CYA test you can do to get a rough estimate of how high your CYA really is. But, yes, pretty much the only option is water replacement.
