Pool Patch Kit

I discovered a rip right under the stairs in the deep end; a stair broke last week but I never saw the rip until recently. Its about the size of a pencil eraser. Does anybody recommend a Wet Kit to use? Its a vinyl linear.

I got one of Amazon for $14. I think they are all about the same and work fine for what you are describing. The one I used came with a clear patch, but it is a good idea if you can use a piece of your actual liner (if you had any leftover). It should be an easy fix
