New Build in Massachusetts

Hi All,

We're in the early stages of building a pool. We have 3 estimates. We started with a concrete / vinyl liner proposal, and got two gunite quotes when the vinyl seemed too expensive. I can add the numbers and put them side by side, but I was hoping to get the less obvious thoughts from people who know what they're talking about. Any thoughts or suggestions you can offer on these would be much appreciated.

Having trouble getting the page of the 3rd quote to load -- it says I exceeded space. The third quote was the most expensive though -- Upper 80 thousands.
