my SWG keeps going back to 35%

my SWG the Jandy PLC1400 -- the SWG control panel keeps returning the % setting back to 35%
I've been fighting this all winter, it appeared to hold the setting for maybe 1-2 days
i didnt see any wire that be to hookup battery, and i replaced the battery on the main control panel, but that hasnt done anything...

...shouldnt the settings stick ?

How cold is it in Dallas this week?

Many SWGs don't work ideally or at all when temps drop (Luckily the pool's chlorine requirements also drop in colder weather).

That might be the issue- at least I hope that's all it is.

its like 40-50s ... but it sure was working... by checking every few days (and getting the % to 0 ) took about 2 months but got the TC down from 20 to 5
but i just wonder why the setting reverts back... maybe because temp is too low? i dont know ... i guess we'll see when it gets much warmer

Sounds like there is a problem with one of the boards, probably the front board. You may need to have a service call for it. It isn't hooked up to automation is it?
