When testing I know that the CYA test is effected by cold water temps (by cold I'm talking around 50) but what about all the other test are they effected as well?
The effect on the other tests is minimal. The CH test should be swirled (mixed) a little longer between titrant drops, but otherwise the various other tests are just fine at temperatures above freezing.
Note that the chlorine and PH tests should be done right away, without allowing the sample to warm up. While the TA and CH tests are not affected by allowing the sample to warm up. The CYA test should be done with the sample warmed to room temperature.
