Hello,
We are in Fl. and just had a pool built.
We chose Jewelscape because it looked so beautiful in the showroom.
So, here is the question.
There has been water in the pool for a couple of months now and I am really disappointed. Many places, it is gorgeous but there are a large number of places where there is just blue color and no glass beads. The builder is telling us that it is normal to have bare spots and "within industry standards".
The guys also got blue dye on the white grout of at least one third of my glass tiles so I am not a very happy camper just now.
Its a pity because from a distance,it is awesome.
