An unusual pool build

First off...amazing job man! I am a single dad with 3 kids and I am about to put a pool in. I am an avid DIY guy and once I came across your pool I knew I had found my design! You don't have to get real specific, but I am curious what kind of a budget would I need to build your pool in my yard on a smaller scale? Around 20x40 or so....I am very resourceful and have plumber, electrician, and buddy with a backhoe. I just want to know your best guess on cost so I know if it's even a reality for me.

It's been ten years and I have 2500" of decking on that pool but I think I did it for less than 25K......that's counting my labor at .03/hour

How did you install the pool returns and the light niche through the concrete block? I saw the picture of the skimmer but the returns and light niche are confusing me as well.
