Vent for the sink

I'm planning on building an outdoor kitchen with a built-in sink. We're going to run a 3" sewer line to drain the sink so we could maybe later tap into it to build an outdoor bathroom. How should I vent the sewer line if the counter top is the tallest point?

I'd use an auto vent similar to these http://www.plumbingworld.com/airadmittance_autovents.html

Home Depot carries a version of it. They are suitable for low flow situations like sink drains, and you can add a normal vent when you build the bathroom. Otherwise you'd need to get the vent in the air to avoid odors.

A studor vent is the way to go. It can be mounted in the sink compartment and will provide proper vented for the sink without the smell.

oops, forgot the follow-up!

I got the permit from the city, and after describing the set-up to them, they required that I use a "studor vent" like Bigdawg suggested. We have the line installed and back-filled, but progress will be slow due to a recent knee injury. And besides, I still don't have the deck in yet!
