new pool install

I bought a new liner this year and it has these black things over the inlets and outlet. It won't fit my current connectors. It's a 16x48 pool How can I adapt this to my current connectors? Also what's parts to I need for dual inlets? My old liner just had one of each

New pool arrived on Wednesday. We spent Thursday & Friday after work finishing site prep & leveling pavers. We have run into an issue with size of the pool and excess liner. We have to widen out the area of the whole pool so that there is not excess liner. Any suggestions on the best way to do that?
