jandy vsp low speed

Hi, pump decided to bork today. The pump turns on and acts like its running (though a lower speed) and has no flow. Checked basket, filter, valves, all good, nothing changes the behavior. Primed , nada. Any suggestions ? Very odd it just stopped. We have had a lot of rain, but doubt that could...
