Nope. The computerized tests from a local pool store will not be as accurate as your own readings from the test kit. The fluctuations in your results tell me that the pool store test results are all over the place. I don't think you are losing your CYA like you believe you are. I could be wrong...

How are you testing your CYA? Do you have a TF-100 test kit?

Can't see that being the case (unless you put the Dolphin in before the CYA was dissolved). Do you have an autofill? If so, I"m wondering if you have a leak, and your autofill keeps the pool topped, and you're losing your CYA with the leaking water. Also, how did you test for the CYA?

LOL that's a funny post....save 600 bucks...while smoking...bet you've smoked way more than 600 dollars worth of cigarettes!! (or cigars, or pipe tobacco, or whatever you smoke)!!..and please don't think that I am crapping on you in any way...I smoke too...if I had the dollars that I've smoked...
